SQL ALL Operator 

The NOT operator is Logical operator.The NOT operator returns TRUE if  condition returns false.

   WHERE Category NOT LIKE 'G%';


The result of above SQL Statement is shown in Fig. below.
As the image above shows all the records where category doesn't start with Letter G.
